This is not an automated system, therefore we do not offer ‘free astrology’ or ‘instant readings’. Blue Moon’s expert astrologers take the greatest personal care in preparing every astrological reading themselves – nobody else is involved. This guarantees you an accurate and quality report.

At Blue Moon, we do not adopt a ‘broad-brush’ approach to astrology but, instead concentrate on the very best that astrology can offer to you.

We do not provide … ‘dog readings’ or other light entertainment astrology reports and choose not to offer a huge range of services, instead sticking to what really matters to most people.

Accurate and Professional

Readings are based on your birth chart, so exact birth details must be provided before Blue Moon can prepare an accurate astrological reading. If you do not know the exact birth time, your report will be less detailed - though it will still be accurate and informative.

In the case of solar returns, which are determined by the exact time to the minute your birthday occurs, it is a prerequisite that you supply the precise time of birth before we are able to provide the Solar Return Reading. Other astrology online services will go ahead without this. We won’t. Accuracy matters to you and it matters to us.

We deliberately limit the choice of charts and readings we offer, but always uphold the quality and accuracy of our reports.

Quality readings take time

Because Blue Moon does not operate an automatic system that delivers reports to you within seconds, you can expect that your astrologer will have your report ready in a few hours.

When your report is prepared, the astrologer will send it directly to you by email. Usually this will be within four hours, though at peak periods the lead time may be a little longer, which will be indicated. In this case, you can view the lead time by clicking on ‘Cart’.

NB. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, you may need to add the domain name blue-moon.com to your list of allowable incoming addresses. Then simply confirm to that you are ready and we will resend your report.
